Al Hilal cruised to a 4-0 win over Al Orobah to strengthen their grip on second place in the Saudi Pro League. The result keeps them six points behind leaders Al Ittihad, but with just three rounds remaining, their hopes of retaining the league title appear all but over.
Aleksandar Mitrović met Salem Al Dawsari’s cross with a sharp first-time volley from close range to open the scoring for Al Hilal in the 27th minute. In the 65th minute, Al Dawsari turned scorer, playing a neat one-two with Sergej Milinković-Savić before dinking a clever chip over the onrushing goalkeeper. Substitute Kaio César added a third from the penalty spot in the 90th minute, and just two minutes later, completed his brace with a simple finish after good effort from Al Dawsari and a clever backheel pass from Malcom.
